Zack Daniel has joined LDA Engineering (Nashville, Tenn.) as its new president. He previously served as a vice president at CDM Smith.
Bowman Consulting Group (Reston, Va.) announced executive promotions: Michael Bruen has been promoted to president (formerly COO), taking over from Gary Bowman, who remains CEO and chairman. Dan Swayze, formerly executive vice president and division manager, has been promoted to COO. Bruce Labovitz, executive vice president and CFO, has signed a new four-year contract. Vijay Agrawal has joined as executive vice president of the national ports and harbors practice.
EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc. (Hunt Valley, Md.) announced several promotions: Chris Canonica has been named COO, having previously served as business unit director and technical chief. Sarah Ridgway was promoted to chief transformation officer from her previous role as senior vice president. Brian Lesinski was named chief of client programs, previously managing EA’s New England operations. Jason Echelle, executive vice president and CFO, has also been named treasurer. Former COO Mike Battle and former treasurer Peter Ney have been named vice chairs of the board.
TranSystems (Kansas City, Mo.) announced: Brian Fairwood has been named executive vice president of operations (previously Central Region SVP of sales and operations). Greg Murphy is now executive vice president of strategy (formerly government market sector leader). Lori Labrum was appointed transit market sector leader (formerly SVP and West transit market/national BRT leader).
Jeff Netland has joined CHA Consulting (Albany, N.Y.) as executive vice president and chief digital officer. He was previously chief technology officer and VP of engineering at Carrier Fire & Security.
Paul Schuler has rejoined Carollo Engineers (Walnut Creek, Calif.) as senior vice president and senior strategic advisor. He previously served as executive vice president at Resilient Infrastructure Group.
RS&H (Jacksonville, Fla.) named Kirk Fauri as the new national operations leader for construction management, succeeding retiring EVP Doug Geiger. Fauri has been with RS&H since 2004. Carlo Morgano was named chief technology officer following the retirement of Don Roberts. Tom Everett was promoted to senior vice president, responsible for strategy and advisory services since 2022.
Steven Martin has joined LJA Engineering (Houston) as senior vice president within the transportation division. Based in Orlando, Fla., Martin formerly held various key roles, including Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District 5 secretary, regional transportation manager, and senior project engineer with FDOT and Atkins.
WSP (New York City) announced several executive appointments: Jannet Walker-Ford will serve as the advisory and planning business line executive. She previously served as national transit and rail market sector leader. Jerry Jannetti will serve as business line executive for the firm’s U.S. transportation and infrastructure business. Jannetti most recently served as East region president. Sofia Berger will serve as business line executive for the U.S. earth and environment business. She formerly served as national director of WSP’s U.S. transportation and infrastructure business. Krishna Sandepudi has joined the firm as senior vice president, national bridges and structures practice director. He is based in Tampa, Fla. Mike Finnern has joined the firm as senior vice president and national zero-emissions fleet lead. His most recent role was general manager of transit at electric vehicle manufacturer Phoenix Motorcars, and he is based in Greenville, S.C.
