CDM Smith’s Bill Howard Ascends to FIDIC Presidency

Former ACEC Chair Bill Howard of CDM Smith will serve as the president of the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) for the next two years.

FIDIC represents the engineering associations in 120 countries, with more than 40,000 member firms and more than 1,000,000 engineering professionals.

ACEC is the largest member organization in FIDIC. At the recently completed annual FIDIC International Infrastructure Conference, ACEC was honored as the best-run association.
