ACEC Research Institute Welcomes New Board Directors
The ACEC Research Institute announced that it has added the following engineering industry leaders to its board of directors.
Keith Foxx, President & CEO at FOXXSTEM
Tammy Johnson, CEO and President of Merrick & Company
The new board members will begin their roles at the ACEC Research Institute Board of Directors meeting on April 9, 2026.
“The addition of Keith and Tammy to the ACEC Research Institute Board of Directors will provide valuable leadership and guidance as we continue to build on the institute’s six years’ of impact on the engineering industry,” said ACEC Research Institute Chair Steve Lefton. “These new leaders join us at a pivotal moment for the engineering industry. Keith’s deep experience delivering complex infrastructure projects in transportation, water, and energy, and Tammy’s three decades of leadership driving strategic growth and operational excellence at Merrick, are exactly the perspectives our Institute needs as we help firms navigate workforce shortages, AI integration, and a rapidly evolving business landscape. Their voices will strengthen the quality and reach of our research.”
